This beloved spy for both NERV and SEELE comes to a sticky end but who pulled the trigger? Could it be Miss Misato? His former girlfriend? Could it be a NERV agent who has seen through his ploy? Perhaps even jealousy may have lead to Mr .Kaji's demise?

Freddie and Gareth highlight some possible candidates for this mystery that has Neon Genesis Evangelion fans arguing to this day.
